Documentary exploring the journey of triplet brothers who discover each other's existence after being separated at birth. After being handed over to an adoption agency, each brother was separated and placed in a respectively different household to the others and went on to lead their own lives. When a chance encounter led two of the brothers to meet at college and get their story published in national media outlets, their third brother came forward in the belief that he may also be related to the twins after realising his uncanny resemblance to them. As the triplets enjoy getting to know each other as complete strangers, they soon uncover a dark truth about their adoptions, leading two of the surviving brothers to continue to ask questions even today.
